Fort Myers, FL — The CVCO55CC-1370-1400 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) from Crystek operates from 1370 MHz to 1400 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 V to 4.5 V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -114 dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +2 dBm.

Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the VCO is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5- x 0.5-inch (1.27- x 1.27-mm) SMD package. Input voltage is 5 V, with a maximum current consumption of 30 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 1.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -25 dBc typical.

Typical applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
