Enea and MATRIXX to accelerate 5G core monetization
Combined system supports edge-based applications and services delivered through network slicing.

Enea has announced that it has partnered with MATRIXX Software, a provider of next-generation, real-time converged rating and charging for 5G. The combination of Enea’s Policy Manager and MATRIXX Software’s 5G Converged Charging System gives operators a turnkey, cloud-native policy and charging system for 4G and 5G networks which can be deployed on public, private and hybrid clouds.

As operators deploy 5G networks, they require complementary and fully interoperable policy and charging capabilities that accurately monitor and monetize diverse services, including new use cases. The combined system from Enea and MATRIXX is fully microservices-based, making container orchestration seamless on cloud-based architecture for operators to quickly introduce new services and be able to monetize them rapidly.
